      Revive Body and Mind is a dedicated Pilates, Barre and Yoga studio with lots of natural light, calming decor in a converted Victorian mill with original features offering a variety of classes. The studio is a welcoming place and allows you to have some normality in the current climate. We cater for all abilities whether you want to improve your fitness, improve your functional movement, gain strength or aid your wellbeing.

    My name is Alexandra Thomas and I’ve been teaching fitness and Pilates classes for over 16 years., I’m a studio owner, Pilates teacher, massage therapist and Biomechanics trainer. I am also training to be a Yoga teacher. That’s enough of the fancy titles. My vocation is still the same as it was when I first started out. I want to help you get stronger, fitter, move freely without pain, improve confidence and be the best version of yourself. This can be achieved through my online programmes whether it's Pilates, fitness, or wellbeing. I am here for you every step of the way.

    My ethos is about accepting who you are and not trying to live up to the unrealistic expectations’ society throws at us.
