A large number of the population are sat at a desk all day whether in an office or increasingly working from home due to Covid restrictions. This is turn can have a massive effect on physical and mental health. You may be sat at your dining room table with a laptop or trying balance it our laps. The table may not be the right height, the chair is uncomfortable. You’re not sure how long we’ve been sat in the same place as we’re so busy and stressed out. In this program you’ll learn how to treat the consequences of sitting at a desk. With just 10 minutes a day, transform the way you are feeling and moving.
