Take your Pilates practice to the next level

So you've been progressing well at the intermediate Pilates stage. You might want to take your Pilates practice to the next level. This is an advanced class that transitions though each exercise without interruption with increased intensity, allowing you to gain more strength. Equipment is sometimes used to help this aim.
