What is Barre Pilates?

Barre class is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can. To keep the class challenging my Barre class is different every week. One week we may focus purely on ballet and strengthening moves, other times I incorporate equipment to release tight areas and joints or bring in more cardio. What i can promise is a fun class that strengthens and tones the body
